A level 3 childcare qualification or above is required for this post

are able to plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
Maintain effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on high-quality early years education.
Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting, ensuring smooth transitions between tasks.
Support children's emotional and social development through guidance and encouragement.

Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
A level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
Strong management and leadership skills to guide both children and support staff effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding towards young learners.
Experience in childcare practices that promote health, safety, and well-being for children.
