Support Children:
Providing and developing a fun, safe, interesting, rewarding and challenging environment in which children can freely learn and develop.
Encouraging children's creativity, imagination and enthusiasm.
Provide the care and supervision of the children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs.
Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are adhered to.
Support Parents:
Build relationships and maintain effective involvement with parents, concerning their child's learning and development.
Ensure parents take an active role in their child's development.

Establish positive relationships with children.

Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals
