Early Years Nursery Practitioner

Working in Early Years with children from the ages of 2 to 5 is rewarding, exciting and challenging. It requires someone with creativity, imagination and a commitment to provide fun activities that engage and involve children in their early years learning and development.

You may already be an experienced practitioner looking for a new opportunity or if you are someone looking to start a career in early years we can support you with appropriate training.

We are looking for people who can:

Support Children:

Providing and developing a fun, safe, interesting, rewarding and challenging environment in which children can freely learn and develop. Encouraging children's creativity, imagination and enthusiasm. Provide the care and supervision of the children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs. Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are adhered to.
Support Parents:

Build relationships and maintain effective involvement with parents, concerning their child's learning and development. Ensure parents take an active role in their child's development.
Do you have the ability to:

Establish positive relationships with children. Promote a stimulating and secure environment for children. Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other professionals Implement safeguarding, health and safety standards Work effectively as part of a team
