We are delighted to announce that The Little Oak Tree Day Nursery is expanding!
We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our friendly and dedicated team at our brand new Rugeley-based nursery.
We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and exceptional Level 3 Practitioner who is committed to delivering the highest standards of childcare. This role is for 30-40 hours per week, based in our Woodpeckers Room (children aged 2-4 years).
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and colleagues to support the day-to-day running of the nursery. You will play an essential role in providing high-quality childcare for both children and families, ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements and fully embedding the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) within a stimulating, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Our nursery caters for 41 children aged 0-5 years.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday,
7:30am-6:00pm
, on a rota/shift pattern basis.What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for early years education Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others A commitment to achieving the highest standards of childcare and education A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education (or equivalent) At least three years' post-qualification experience working with children A sound knowledge of the EYFS framework A good understanding of the Children Act 2004 and Childcare Act 2006 The ability to work collaboratively alongside the Nursery Manager in daily nursery operations
