As we prepare to open our new nursery in September, we are excited to invite passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Early Years Practitioners.

Role Overview:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for our youngest learners. You will support children's development through play-based learning, fostering their curiosity and love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative and nurturing environment. Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring that individual needs are met and supported. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
