Responsibilities
Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.

Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and mentoring junior staff members.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents.
Drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.
Collaborate with other educators to maintain high standards of care and education within the nursery.
Requirements
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with children is essential.
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
