The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and caring

Early Years Practitioner

to join our team on a part-time, term-time only basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, enjoys hands-on outdoor learning, and wants to make a real difference in a community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for children aged [insert age range]. Support children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and learning. Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities both indoors and outdoors. Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with the team and parents. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Ensure all children are safeguarded and their welfare is promoted at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or relevant childcare field. Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
