Overall Purpose of the Post

To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Nursery in line with the Company's Mission Statement, and Ofsted requirements.

Supervise and develop a team of Childcare Practitioners by leading by example

To plan activities for the children in your section in conjunction with the Nursery Manager that meet the requirements of The Early Years Foundation Stage.

To adhere to and implement the Policies and Procedures of the Nursery.

To uphold the values and mission statement of the Nursery.
