Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required

is looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful nursery team, working within our brand-new provision for two- and three-year-olds -- part of the growing

Bluebells Nursery

at Brooklands.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new early years space within a thriving and supportive school community. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, learning and wrap-around support for our youngest children, working in close collaboration with colleagues and families.

About the Role:



As part of the Early Years team, you will:

Support the day-to-day care and development of children aged 2-3 in a nurturing, stimulating environment Foster a warm, inclusive and emotionally secure setting that encourages children to thrive Work collaboratively to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning opportunities Support wraparound provision as part of our nursery care offer Build strong relationships with families, ensuring effective communication and a shared focus on children's wellbeing Be part of the wider Brooklands team, contributing to our positive, child-centred school ethos

We're Looking For Someone Who:



Holds a

Level 3 qualification

in Early Years Education (or a full and relevant equivalent) Is passionate about early childhood education and child development Has experience working within the

EYFS framework

Demonstrates a

nurturing, empathetic, and patient approach

Has strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is committed to safeguarding and ongoing professional development
