Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 18 months -5 years. Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes positive interactions among children, staff, and parents. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and identifying areas for improvement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards. Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for enhancing children's learning experiences. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise. Support children in their social interactions, helping them develop essential skills such as sharing, cooperation, and empathy.

Skills

Strong management and leadership abilities to guide young learners effectively. Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Romanian to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. A nurturing attitude combined with patience and enthusiasm for child development is crucial for success in this role.
