Up to 31,185 per year (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Contract:

Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Permanent

Wood Wharf Kindergarten is seeking a caring and experienced

Early Years Practitioner

to join our team in Canary Wharf. You'll support children aged 3 months and up, helping them thrive in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for babies Supporting routines including feeding, napping, and hygiene Observing and tracking developmental milestones (EYFS) Building strong relationships with babies and families Maintaining a safe, clean, and emotionally secure environment Collaborating with your room team to maintain high standards

What You'll Need:

Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (DfE-approved) Experience with babies under 2 in a nursery setting Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach

Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, as all new staff will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance, identity checks, qualification checks and employment checks to include an exploration of any gaps within employment, two satisfactory references and registration with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
