Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement activities to support children's learning and development
Observe, assess, and record children's progress and plan next steps
Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure consistent and effective care
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children
Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children
Assist in the smooth running of the nursery, including daily routines and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications & Skills
Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
(NVQ, CACHE, BTEC, or equivalent)
Experience in an early years or pre-school setting
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles
Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
