Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering the development and well-being of young children in a nursery setting. This role involves creating a stimulating environment that encourages learning through play, ensuring the safety and happiness of all children in your care.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's learning and development. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary. Manage daily routines, including meal times, play sessions, and nap times, ensuring a smooth flow of activities. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education and childcare. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive approach to child development within the nursery.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is an advantage. A background in early childhood education is desirable. The ability to manage groups of children effectively. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
