Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing and developing the early learning experiences of children. You will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding both children and fellow staff members to foster a positive educational atmosphere.

Duties

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Create a nurturing environment that supports children's individual needs and encourages their curiosity. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all children. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about children's progress and development. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the nursery setting. Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning progress. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is desirable.. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs
