Green Tree Nursery is looking for a full time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team for 30 hours per week with potential to rise.

The role requires the ideal candidate to be able to plan and deliver exciting and engaging activities that match the nursery's ethos, as well as being able to work and collaborate well within the team. You will keep a record of progress to share with families, and build and maintain relationships with parents and families. We are proud of our parent partnerships and offer regular stay and play sessions that keep all families involved in our children's learning journey.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in early years settings. Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of care and education.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents Knowledge of childcare practices and early years development Relevant certifications in early years education or childcare
