Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
We are looking for a full or part time employee - for either term time only or full year contracts
Little Hands provides care and education for children aged 9 months - 5 years and is open all year round. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring worker to join the team.
The position is for an entry level practitioner so qualifications and experience; although preferred, are not essential. Following successful induction all staff progress to key working responsibilities with a higher salary rate.
There are opportunities for suitable qualified staff to progress to leadership roles. We will expect an untrained applicant to be prepared to take on a national early years qualification.
We operate with a high staff to child ratio allowing us to provide quality provision with an expectation that our staff time is spent interacting with the children, extending their play.
There is a clear management structure which provides both support and professional development opportunities.
