Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team at Neddy Teddy's Day Nursery Ltd., located in Glengormley. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission by creating a safe and engaging learning environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support children's social and emotional development through play and interaction. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's progress. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall nursery experience. Observe and assess children's development regularly. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

At least a Level 2 or Level 3 CCLD or working towards one of these Proven experience working with young children in a nursery setting. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
