Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
We are looking to recruit a passionate level 3 early years practitioners to join our amazing team at Judy Clark Childcare for 16 hours per week, term time only, to cover maternity leave. There is a possibility the role may become permanent. Hours will be between 7:45am-3:30 m. to cover child: staff ratio . Extra hour maybe required to cover sickness and holidays.
We are a small setting, with a maximum of 24 preschool children per session. Our children are aged from 2 years old. We work closely with the incredible children and families in the local area who attend out preschool to give them the best start to their school life.

We believe that building good relationships with parents/families, developing children's knowledge through play, working with closely with the local primary school and other settings children attend help us to provide the education, experiences and opportunities for the children to grow, develop and reach their potential..
You would be a key worker for a small group of children, so being able to build relationships with families is a must.
You would be working closely with the other team members to ensure the day to day running of the room and care needs of the children are met to a high standard.
A minimum of a level 3 relevant childcare qualification is required for this position.
