What You'll Be Doing
Supporting high-quality early years education through purposeful play and structured routines
Building warm, consistent relationships with children and families
Contributing to planning and observations within the EYFS framework
Supporting children's communication, wellbeing, and independence
Participating in professional development as part of our Elevate programme
Working with colleagues to maintain a safe, organised, and engaging room environment
You'll be supported to build your own practice, contribute ideas, and take pride in the progress you help children make every day.
What We're Looking For
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, or currently working towards one
Experience working with children under five in a nursery or preschool setting
A good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
A calm, reliable, and proactive approach to teamwork
Someone who is reflective, curious, and open to feedback
A genuine passion for early years education and development
