About Our Pre-School

Harpole Pre-School was founded in 1966 and has built its reputation by providing outstanding childcare over many years. Ofsted judged the Pre-School practice 'Outstanding' in both May 2011, January 2015 and September 2022. We take great pride and emphasis on developing children in our care and we believe each child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

We have an opportunity for a motivated, passionate, enthusiastic and caring individual who will share our values in supporting children's growth and care.

You should be able to:

Maintain a stimulating and enjoyable environment for all children in the setting. Be flexible based on business needs Be a Team Player Be Reliable Be Passionate to learn and to enhance children's experience throughout their time with Harpole Pre-School. Ideally with a level three qualification in childcare or early years practice. Experience in a setting preferred. Have a solid understanding of Safeguarding and its procedures.
We have hours available between Monday 9am - 1.15pm and Tuesday - Friday 9am-3.45pm term time only.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and does require a criminal records check. Applicants must be prepared to disclose any convictions they may have and any orders which have been made against them
