Level 3

About the Role and You



Contract Type:

Full-time, 830 am to 5:00 pm, Term Time

Dependent on experience

About the role : As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:



Provide high-quality care, learning and play experiences for our youngest learners. Support the delivery of the EYFS through thoughtful planning, engaging activities and effective assessment. Build strong, positive relationships with children and families. Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child feels valued. Contribute to school life, training and team meetings as part of our warm and committed Early Years team.

About You : We would love to hear from you if you:



Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Have experience working in an Early Years setting. Understand the EYFS and know how to support learning through play. Communicate confidently with parents, children and colleagues. Bring positivity, creativity and a genuine love for working with young children.
Desirable but not essential: Paediatric First Aid, experience in a school setting, expertise in digital learning journals, additional SEN or safeguarding training.
