We are looking for highly motivated and exceptional individuals who are passionate about delivering the highest level in childcare and education within our Outstanding Early Years Nursery and Pre School at Scarisbrick Hall School.

This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting team, focused on nurturing children, driving excellence and developing an innovative and relevant curriculum.

You would:

Provide each child with a safe, secure home away from the home environment enjoy teaching and exploring outdoors be an outstanding key person and liaise with parents, carers and senior staff plan, organise and implement a programme of activities to meet the needs of a specific age group

work as part of a highly motivated and professional team

You must:

hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development or equivalent qualification be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage be able to promote good practice and provide outstanding childcare and education be prepared to upskill and attend regular training
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will require an enhanced disclosure from the DBS (Disclosure Barring Service).
