Due to expanding our places, in line with demand and the increase in government funding an exciting position has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our under two team from the New Year. They should be eager to get involved and plan the most exciting of days for our children, capturing their imagination, inspiring and engaging them, but ultimately building relationships with children they will never forget, making their early learning experiences extra special.

At Serendipity we have a love of outdoors, so you'll need your wellies at the ready to join us around the campfire, and for stomping in those all important muddy puddles. Individual should be able to pass DBS and reference checks, they should hold a minimum of Level 3 in a relevant subject but preferably will hold a Degree, QTS or EYT status. We offer an attractive salary dependent upon experience, and eight hours paid paperwork time per month.

A graduate will be offered the opportunity to complete their Early Years Teacher (EYT Status) qualification funded within Nursery, should they wish, and Level 3 practitioners will be given the option to study at Level 5.

This position is a part-time role working 16 hours, Wednesday 8:00-18.00, and Friday 11:00-18:00.
