About the Role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable

Early Years Practitioner

to join our team on a

zero hours basis

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible working and is passionate about supporting young children's learning and development.

You will work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care and education in line with the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

.

We have two settings one based at the Hillside and Wymering Centre on Cheltenham Road and another based at the Paulsgrove Baptist Church on Woofferton Road. You will be required to be available for them both.

Key Responsibilities

Support children's learning, play and development in a safe and nurturing environment Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues Maintain a clean, stimulating and inclusive environment

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (desirable but not essential depending on role) Sound understanding of the EYFS (or willingness to learn) A caring, patient and flexible approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS check
