Glenhurst is looking for a well qualified early years educator who is ready to work in a spacious and well resourced setting looking after our group of kind and caring little learners. There is a role available across the setting and we are responsive to the preference and experience for the room and age group you wish to work with.

This role is open to those with Level 2 or 3 qualification and above. We can support the right candidate with their training for Level 4 and beyond.

We are looking for someone to work full time (30-40 hours per week) and start from February 2026, at our setting in Havant, Hampshire. You will be responsible for the care of your own key children. We are confident there is a great team in place to work alongside as you bring your ideas and experience to our organisation.

The role is available for 30-40 hours per week as to be agreed with the candidate at interview. Our opening hours are between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm.

Those currently studying a higher qualification are encouraged to apply as we are able to support the right candidate with completing their training.
