What skills and experience we are looking for

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Must be at least Level 2 qualified Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and demonstrated experience of working with children and families Extensive knowledge of safeguarding practices Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies
In addition, the ideal candidate should have:

Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and staff The ability to use initiative, be proactive, and forward-thinking A commitment to working with children and elevating the already excellent standards of learning at Tower Tots A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner at Tower Tots, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Delivering an appropriate play-based EYFS curriculum that enables children to make individual progress Providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for the children in our nursery Supporting other staff within the setting Implementing daily routines for the children Building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents to ensure that children's needs are met Collaborating as part of a team to create an enabling environment where all individual children can play, develop, and learn
