Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
Discovery Vine are seeking to employ an Early Years Practitioners to work in their Pre School nursery which is based in the Pre School at Cottam Primary School.
The hours of work are 40 hours per week - working 7.30am - 6pm, 4 days a week during all year round.
Ideal candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Educator.
We require the candidate to be able to carry out the following duties:
1. To offer children a safe, secure, caring and supportive environment, providing opportunities to foster their growth and development within the setting.
2. To assist in raising the quality of early years provision within the setting.
3. To safeguard and promote good outcomes for children.
4. To participate in the key-person system and be responsible for a group of children.

Responsible to
Setting Manager
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS procedure to ensure the safety of the children.
Rate of pay is based on qualifications levels and experiences.
