We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our forward thinking, Ofsted rated Outstanding PreSchool team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, ensuring their safety, development, and well-being while fostering their love for learning and the world around them.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children in the nursery setting.
Manage daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships and encourage parental involvement.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Lead activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through play-based learning.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in childcare.
Requirements
Level 2 or above early years qualification is required.
Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
Be able to be part of our wrap around care service 3 days per week.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with children and parents.
Ability to manage classroom dynamics while demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire both children and colleagues.
A genuine passion for early years education and the ability to drive children's engagement through creative teaching methods.
Knowledge of child development theories and practices is an advantage.
