Your Role
As an Early Years Practitioner at Rooftops, you will:
Follow children's interests and create enriching, meaningful experiences
Foster a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment every single day
Observe, document, and celebrate children's progress and achievements
Build trusting relationships with families and colleagues
Champion our ethos and contribute to continuous improvement
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, EYFS practice, and health & safety
Promote wellbeing, independence, and positive behaviour in every child
What We're Looking For
Essential:
? Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
? Experience working in an early years environment
? Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
? Positive communicator and dedicated team player
? Passionate about making a genuine difference in children's lives
? Reliable, proactive, and flexible in your approach
Desirable:
Familiarity with The Curiosity Approach
Paediatric First Aid
Recent Safeguarding training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.40-12.75 per hour
