You might also qualify for a 1,000 incentive from the DfE after 6 months employment.
Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
Manage daily routines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive approach to early years education.
Qualifications
A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for early years education and the drive to make a positive impact on children's lives.
Knowledge of child development theories and practices related to early childhood education.
