Job Description
Applepips Day Nursery Ltd has 2 nurseries in Rustington each caring for children aged from 6 months to five years. We are open for 50 weeks per year closing for a period over Christmas.
We are open Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (excluding bank holidays).
We are currently looking for a Qualified (level 2 or 3) nursery practitioners to join our team on a full time basis working 36 hours over 5 days. The position would involve supporting both settings depending on the needs of the children.
Duties include working as part of a small team, getting to know the children through child - led interaction, observing and tracking. A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding is essential. Good communication skills are essential as well as being able to work effectively as a team.
Some experience of using online learning journals is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
