six beautiful rooms

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner



As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a caring, stimulating, and educational environment for our children. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supporting the creation and delivery of activities that inspire learning and development in line with the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

. Providing

high-quality care

, ensuring each child's individual needs are met. Building

strong, positive relationships

with children, parents, and colleagues. Promoting children's

social, emotional, and physical development

through play and exploration. Maintaining a

safe, clean, and engaging environment

, following health and safety policies. Acting as a

positive role model

, engaging enthusiastically with children to promote independence and confidence. Upholding

safeguarding procedures

to protect and support every child. Working collaboratively as part of a passionate, dedicated team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking someone who is caring, motivated, and dedicated to giving children the best start in life.

Must hold a Level 3 Early Years Education Qualification.

Essential:



A

minimum Level 3 qualification

in Early Years or Childcare. A

genuine passion

for early years education and child development. Strong

communication and teamwork skills

. Sound understanding of the

EYFS framework

and how to implement it effectively. A

positive, can-do attitude

with a nurturing approach.

Enhanced DBS check

required before employment.

Desirable:



Previous experience in a childcare or nursery setting.
