Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and developing young children's skills in a safe and stimulating environment. This role requires effective communication in English, a strong background in childcare, and the ability to manage diverse learning needs. You will play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning in children aged 0-5 years.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the developmental needs of children. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education. Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, clean, and organised nursery space. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting programmes as necessary. Drive initiatives that promote early childhood education best practices within the nursery setting. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills while mentoring junior staff members.

Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to engage effectively with children and families. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and nurturing atmosphere. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development is crucial. Leadership experience is an advantage, as you will be expected to guide less experienced staff members.
