Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As an Early Years Practitioner you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development and well-being of children in our nursery.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of a comprehensive early childhood education curriculum
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional development
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding and supervising assistant educators
- Observe and assess children's behavior and progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a childcare or nursery setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
