A very exciting opportunity has arisen at Intake Pre School.

We are currently seeking a dedicated, dynamic, caring, fun-loving Permanent Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.

Term Time - 30 hours minimum per week, flexible pattern between 7:45am - 6pm

Monday-Friday

12.71 an per hour depending on qualification

The candidate

MUST;

Be qualified to a minimum of level 3 or equivalent in early years and childcare

Have at least one years proven experience

Have experience of being a key person

Be driven, confident and supportive

Be active in staying up to date with all new theories and practice

Be fair, clear and thoughtful

Bring passion and love to the role

Have previous experience of working with children with additional needs

Desirable:

Have a sound understanding of planning in the moment and the curiosity approach

Paediatric First Aid trained

Safeguarding at Level 3

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Uphold health and safety standards, including administering first aid when necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and nurturing environment for children. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early years education.
