This is an all year round role- we are not a term time preschool

We are expanding our wonderful team!! We are looking for an experienced Level 3 practitioner to become a member of our welcoming and inclusive team. We are a small and friendly preschool with a homely feel.

You must be able to show initiative and creativity to encourage an environment where young children are supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.

A good knowledge of the EYFS is essential and you must have a childcare qualification such as NVQ/CACHE level 3 or higher.

Key responsibilities of this role are :

To be a key person to a group of children To be proactive in the process of observations and activity planning to support and extend children's learning Ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive the very highest standard of care, learning and play To be able to work as part of a team Develop and maintain good working relationships with parents
