Job Summary



Our setting opened in September 2024 and we are seeking a dedicated part time Early Years Educator to join our unique team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education.

Responsibilities


- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Implement the EYFS curriculum effectively

Qualifications


- Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education, ideally a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload

The ideal candidate would be able to do a mixture of short days (9am-4pm) with some early starts (8am) and later finishes (6pm) if needed.

Pay: 12.21-13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 30 per week
