Early Years Practitioner
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years educator to join our Noah's ark family.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding care to our under twos according their their personal routines, and stimulating and fun activities to support their development.
You will have a small group of key children, and will be required to build relationships with them and their families, to nurture their needs and to keep records of their development using an online journal.
You will need a minimum of a relevant level 2 qualification in early years, knowledge of EYFS, Safeguarding, and SEN
Knowledge of The curiosity approach would be desirable.
We are a small independent family run nursery, located at Bursledon Community Centre in the heart of the community. We pride ourselves in providing a home from home setting for our children to grow. We work as one team in an open plan area, and are a pack away setting, so you would need to be able to help with setting up and/or packing away each day.
