12-month Contract (Possibility Of Extension)



Part Time - All Year Round



Post Title: Early Years Practitioner- Camberwell and Dulwich Locality



Grade: Hay Grade 6 - Scale 9 - 19 (32,907 - 38,070) pro rota



Camberwell & Dulwich Children and Family Hub provide services for children and their families. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, a committed family focused worker to help us achieve great things. Across the locality there are areas characterised by high levels of need and family movement in which communities are changing and challenging, yet vibrant.

The role will be to work with other early year's team members to plan, implement and deliver a range of high-quality innovative opportunities for young children and families to develop and foster their learning and creativity. With a sound understanding of Safeguarding and the EYFS all members of the team are committed to providing a high-quality service to delivery school readiness, parenting and aspirations and child development. In addition, we expect all members of the team to develop and maintain effective working partnerships with all stake holders which include parents, Health Services and Early Help Practitioners.

Applicants for Early Years practitioner must hold a level 3 in NVQ Childcare or equivalent.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate who:



Experience of working with children under 5 years A keen interest in early learning and early childhood development. Knowledge of basic Health and Safety & First Aid Good communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team
