While the role is paid on the University's grade 2 salary scale (23,751 per annum/12.60 per hour) due to current market conditions, a supplement of 15% will be added bringing the overall annual salary to 27,313 per annum which equates to an hourly rate of 14.49. The market supplement will be reviewed in 2 years, with the University's recognized Trade Unions, and if a decision is taken to remove or reduce the supplement, full consultation will take place before this is implemented.*
