Summary

As an Early Years Educator at Little Beehive Nursery, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of young children. This position is based in our nurturing environment, where you will contribute to the development and well-being of our little learners.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development. Provide high-quality care and support for children in a safe and nurturing environment. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's development and daily activities. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating nursery space.

Requirements

Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
