Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. This role is essential in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through play-based learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.

Responsibilities

Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development. Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and any concerns. Support children in developing essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour and encouraging children to express themselves. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the nursery setting. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Skills

Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Proven experience in early childhood education or childcare settings. Ability to drive initiatives that promote children's learning and development. Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and team members. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently. A passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
