Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in accordance with the curriculum
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and incidents
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience working with young children in an early childhood setting
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Knowledge of child development stages and milestones
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
