Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times
Requirements
Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent -
essential
)
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A caring, patient, and professional approach
About You
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children
Able to work well as part of a team
Good communication skills
Relevant childcare qualification preferred (e.g. Level 2/3) but not essential
Experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential

Core training is provided through extensive CPD opportunities it would be desirable to have prior knowledge in Safeguarding Level 1 and 2, Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Safety.
