Childcare Practitioner - Early Years (Level 3 or Above)

Location: Streatham, South West London, SW2 (near postcode SW2 4SB)
Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

We are a well-established day nursery in Streatham, South West London (SW2 area), providing childcare for children aged 0-5 years in a homely and friendly environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified childcare practitioner to join a supportive team and provide a caring, educational environment for young children.

Key Requirements:

Level 3 childcare qualification or above Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a daycare or similar setting Good understanding of EYFS and child development Knowledge of health & safety legislation and equal opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children Plan and implement engaging activities to promote learning and development Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Monitor and record children's progress and individual needs Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of care and education Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day between 8am-6pm, all year round).

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Disclosure and provide two references.
