We are looking for a passionate and nurturing

Early Years Practitioner

In this role, you'll help create a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. You'll play a key part in shaping early learning experiences while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

What You'll Do

Plan and deliver

engaging, age-appropriate educational programmes

for children aged 0-5 years. Create a

warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment

that supports curiosity, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. Support children's daily routines and activities, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and encouraged to participate. Build

positive, trusting relationships

with children, parents, and team members through clear and caring communication. Observe, assess, and record children's development to support individual learning journeys and future planning. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a

consistent and high-quality approach

to early years education. Champion best practice in childcare and early learning, contributing ideas that enhance the nursery experience.
