We are currently recruiting for two positions within our two toddler rooms.

One position is with a Friday as your day off and the other position is with a Tuesday as your day off. Depending on which room you are successful.

What you'll do

Be a key person for a small group of toddlers; build trusting bonds with children and families. Plan and deliver EYFS aligned learning through purposeful play (role play, small world, construction, outdoor exploration, music & movement, early mark making, early maths). Promote independence and self-care: toileting/potty training, handwashing, dressing, mealtimes and transitions. Keep children safe: follow our Safer Eating, health & safety and safeguarding procedures. Observe, assess and share progress with parents; contribute to room planning and an enabling environment. Support speech, language and communication with songs, stories and high quality interactions. Work positively with colleagues, bring energy and creativity, and reflect on practice to keep improving.
What you'll bring

A genuine passion for helping toddlers thrive through play and routines. Warmth, patience, great communication and a can do, team first mindset. Sound knowledge of the EYFS and inclusive practice; confidence with 2-3s routines (toileting, mealtimes, rest). Commitment to safeguarding, equality and celebrating every unique child.

Essential:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification; Right to Work in the UK.

Desirable:

Paediatric First Aid (MUST be willing to complete).
Hours & Pay

Hours:

Full-time, shifts between

08.00-18:00

, Monday - Friday, all year round. 4 days per week (your days will be set to ensure a work-life balance.)

Holiday:

Christmas Off from 23rd December-2nd January every year - we recognise how important it is to spend time with family over the holiday season.

All Bank Holidays Off
