Early Years Practitioner

to join our lovely nursery team in

Twickenham, London, TW1!

Are you passionate about education and committed to making a positive difference in children's lives? Look no further! We are dedicated to providing exceptional childcare services for children aged 18 months to 5 years old.

With our own Philosophy and unique project-based curriculum, we are not just a daycare, but a place where children can grow, learn, and thrive. We also provide a supportive, collaborative, and fun work environment for our team of dedicated educators!

Level 3 Salary:

A competitive salary of 28,000 to 29,500pa - depending on age, qualifications, and experience

Early Years Practitioner

Responsibilities

Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times. Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Philosophy.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role

Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers Be eligible to work in the UK
