Summary

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team at TCG. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for children from babies to pre-school age, contributing to their growth and development through engaging provocations using a combined Montessori, Reggio Emillia and Forest school ethos.

There are opportunities in both our pre-school and Under 2's rooms.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Encourage outdoor play and exploration as part of the learning experience. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. Support children's emotional well-being through positive interactions and guidance.

Requirements

A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (level 3 or above). Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Excellent time management skills to balance various responsibilities throughout the day.

Pay: Up to 27,500.00 per year
