We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing the educational and social skills of young children in a nursery setting. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes positive relationships among children, parents, and staff. Observe and assess children's development, ensuring individual learning goals are met. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Manage classroom behaviour in a positive manner, using effective strategies to promote good conduct. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on high-quality childcare. Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings and overall experience for children. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators. A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development is crucial. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
