Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. Duties

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's needs. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary. Drive initiatives that encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning environment that reflects the values of the nursery.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff. Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering a positive atmosphere for learning. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
